The customer responded that some of the wedge anchors from other companies would bend when they were used and many of them would not tighten up.
We concluded that the reason for the bending is that the wedge anchor is not hard enough, which makes it easy to bend when struck, and the reason for the wedge anchor not tightening is that the size of the hole is not in line with the actual size of the wedge anchor.
The solution is that the wedge anchor should be reheated to achieve a certain hardness, and the drill bit used for all wedge anchors must match the actual outside diameter, for example, for a 1/4 wedge anchor, a 1/4 drill bit should be used.
